My life can be strange at times, as Jehovah is always leeding me off into the most peculiar findings. The people upstairs from me moved out on June 1st. My wife and I were asked to help clean it out. The people who lived there had been there a long time. They had a small child, always sick. They were both rather large and strange people. Didn’t talk much and kept to themselves. On Tuesday night of this week, evening of July 6th, I decided for no apparent reason to wander up to the appartment and check things out.

As I reached the front room, there was a desk with a stack of newspapers…The Montreal Gazette to be exact. They were all the same edition, one day, May 21st 2010. Now this struck me as odd for multiple reasons. 1st: Why did they have so many copies of just one? My mind said they may be distributers and this was extras. Then I remebered that yes, the wife did do this part time..a paper route. But where were all the other extras…from other days. Why just this 1 day ? 2nd: Wonders of wonders…May 21st…my birthday…a day I never recognize or celebrate ? 3rd: Why was I FINDING IT, not my wife or the landlord, who would just throw them out without question. So I looked to the paper itself.

The political tides are shifting on Quebec Premier Jean Charest, whose seemingly impenetrable ship has been taking on water in recent weeks.

Thanks to a succession of scandals, mainly at the municipal level, a Charest government that coasted to a third electoral mandate last year and then sailed through a recession has seen its impressive lead disappear in one recent poll.

Charest’s headaches began with shocking allegations of corruption involving construction companies, municipal politicians and the Italian Mafia.

Those scandals didn’t involve his government but they became his problem when, in the face of widespread demands for a public inquiry, Charest steadfastly declined to call one and sustained daily attacks for his refusal.

Attacks on his government intensified this week, when an opposition investigation suggested the province’s iconic $7-a-day childcare plan was being used in a pay-for-play scheme to benefit his Liberal party.

The Parti Quebecois found an astounding number of contracts — up to 70 per cent in one region — had gone to registered Liberal donors, and in some cases these people only became contributors after getting a daycare permit.

There was also a provincial auditor’s report that found Quebec’s regional venture-capital funds hadn’t complied with conflict-of-interest rules.

Instead of an inquiry, Charest has moved to tighten rules for political fundraising and construction contracts, and has created a $26.8-million police investigation unit. With the legislature now on its winter break, his Liberals will soon discover whether the daily demands for a probe might die down ( they did…old reliable Habs style!).

Now one would think that here in Montreal, after some had just voted in this masonic mayor, and he admits to being aware of crime and corruption for the 10 years he’s been in our face and done zip all about it….you would think it would bring demonstrations in the streets. Mini riotings, mabye some public anouncements from some concerned citizen’s groups. The Mayor just admited he knew about crimes he and others were engaged in, and all he did was ask the ones there before him…then carried on in the same fashion. Why no calls for his resignation. I’ll tell you why. It is my humble opinion that this newspaper was an example of perfect distraction, as the most highlighted stories on the fornt page were not these. Notice it says how he basically spit something out, blunt, said “Hey, you should know, it’s out there!”…then ran to his office and closed the door. He was directed to do this. It was a question of timing and opportunity. I beleive he was instructed by higher masonic controlers to test out the Montreal and Quebec population at large. I won’t bother looking up editions of La Presse or Journal de Montreal, or any other for that matter. One owner, so the propoganda permiates everything. The gazettes front page witnesses to this! This is why no one noticed….

Now thanks to the fact I have a memory to access, I can well remeber that weekend. At work that day, all the men talked about was the game that night. City was electric. So for the Luciferian masonic controlers, it was a chance to se what would happen to such outrageous and suprising announcements..after all work was over and the weekend was there. Did anyone demonstrate at town hall…..NO! ANY demonstartions anywhere…well….yes and no! Definatley no demonstartions of anger or protest. No demonstrations of knowledge aquired or intelligence blosoming. No! Montrealers demonstarted one thing, a serious infection of the spirit of distraction, the spirit of the Montreal Canadians.

They demonstarted by going to Walmart and Canadian Tire and any other store that had Habs merchandise and materials. Car flags blossomed like dandylions, bumper stickers, hats, shirts, mini-skirts, thongs, bathing suits, towels, you name it. Names like Hallak and Koivu ringing in the air and displayed feverishly. Montrealers demonstarted that they were very much asleep and that the world elite had nothing to worry about from them. Riot police were never called out to defend any P.M. or Mayor…they were on call for any hockey happiness gone awry.

Now you can really understand why a star athelete can make 20 million in just 4 years in major sporting towns. Because they are a fabulous distraction, especially from realities of corruption and betrayal with no apparent recourse! People in town here were happy to forget about the banks and finances, happy to not have a swine flu dogging thjem and vaccins threatened, they had a new oil volcano and nothing was being done about it. It was all just too easy to grab that spirit of the Montreal Canadians and forget our troubles for just awhile. But since we were demonstrated to be sleepy and happy and passive, there was no need to keep the Stanley Cup Battle here. Thunders were rumbling in Pensylvannia, and folks were getting aware. So it was either Pittsburg, or Phiily..they had 2 in…..and with the political troubles of Chicago bubbling to the surface..the cup was needed out there asap. So “Nah-Nah -NAh-Nah…HEY_HEY_HEY…GOOD-BYE-YE!”.

This was exactly what I told my co-workers the next Monday. That the way we had gotten on as a public, we would not keep the cup. I knew nothing about this political happening at the time either. I heard stuff, but don’t always study puppets. I knew the mask of lies had fallen since last December 2009, and that an ethic code was to be done instead of inquiries. It is quite obvious from this front page in my hand….as the mayor still sits at city hall today, free….and P.M. Charest still occupies his thrown, that no one saw that top headline “Tremblay Knew Of Collusion”! Smart using Collusion instead of Corruption. Smart doing it on a Friday, end of week, everything closed and everyone tired. At the height of hockey fever. No one read a thing or saw anything or even tried to hear or know a thing. basically, the Quebec population WAS SHOCK TESTED…WE FAILED OURSELVES…THEY PAST THEIR TEST…WE ARE FLOURIDATED AND SLEEPING AND QUITE MALIABLE LIKE PUDDY!

That is why stars like Micheal Jordan and magic Johnson get payed silly, and may even get cured of sickness others have cures held back from them. Because they remain spokesmen for the system, and all it’s benefits. They kept and keep you distracted, as they are rained down on with praises and worship. My son told me just on Tuesday night when I found this newspaper, that he knows a man who “has a whole room set up with canadians’s stuff…t-shirts and stickers and posters and sticks and…what do you call that?”

I said “A Shrine?”

He says “What’s a shrine?”

“It’s a place where you worship your god or gods or IDOLS!”

In my first report, we covered the 1975 Weather Modification Treay between U.S. and Canada. We also covered some of the patents and products used to generate them. Since that Friday night, Montreal has been sprayed constantly for the last 2 weeks. We are back to 2 by 2 ever 15 minutes! Ashes ON THEIR HEADS as far as I’m concerned. In this part, I’d like to cover my contacts with the government during last week, a little history on how we got here, and we’ll cover compartmentilization to some extent.

To begin with, I started by poking CBC here in Montreal. I called and reported to them that their weather forcast for the day “Sunny and Clear” , was already being undermined by chemtrail spraying. I informed the person answering me that at 7 A.M. they had announced sunny and clear, but that the planes had been spraying all morning, every 15 minutes, 2 by 2. So I told the person it was now 10 A.M. and the sky had become hazy and cloudy and cold due to the constant spraying, and that even BREATHING was becoming difficult. The person could make no explanation as to why CBC would never report on this, but suggested I contact Environment Canada to log a complaint. I informed CBC that they were failing miserably when it came to journalism and thus to some extent the budget cuts were warrented. I also stated that THIS was one of the reasons for the budget cuts: IF ANYONE COULD DO A GOOD REPORT ON THIS, IT WOULD BE CBC! To me and many others, this is WHY Harpo Bush was cutting the finances. YOUR GOVERNMENT CAN’T STAND THE LIGHT BEING SHONE ON THEM! Better to have us all chat and argue over who the best sell-out freemason is for the future; Harpo Bush or Mikeal Ignoramous? Or like yesterday, where the big BREAKING NEWS is Brad Pitt calling a film maker in Quebec. Yeah…with my kids staying in when they can’t breath and running to tell me another big V is in the sky….I WAS REALLLY WORRIED ABOUT MR PITT AND QUEBEC FILM MAKER’S FUTURES!!!

So after nailing that coffin, I set my mouth to Environment Canada. Whenever I call these children I have all documents open, so as to have the right answers as they spew their scripted disinformation. I usually enjoy it…THEY DON’T! It was going on noon, so the woman took my message about my concerns over chemtrails and said someone would call me back. At 13 P.M., a man called me from Environment Casmada (my jokie name for them). He had a french accent and was very confrontational. Angry from the word go, he attemted to discredit me, telling me I was being fooled by someone. “Ehh? You got dat on da net, eh?? Ehhh?? You have been fooled my freind! Someone has played a trick on you! Eh?”. I stated “First off you AIN’T my freind! Second, SO WHAT? What about the net?”. “You’ve been foole”…”NAH-NO-NO-NO-NO!! It’s YOU that’s been fooled! I have the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT HERE, signed by Jeanne Sauve! You do know who Jeanne Sauve is , don’t you?”. He answers “No sir, I don’t know dat persunnn!”. I laughed out loud! If you live in Quebec, you’d know how much of a joke and a lye that statement was! There isn’t a frenchman in Canada who DOESN’T know the star child Jeanne Sauve from Quebec. He was just so rude and ignorant that, even though I could quote document number and date, he still doubted and wanted to argue. I didn’t call to argue with ANYONE! I’M NOT ARGUING! I CONFRONT AND EXPOSE! So I hung up on him! Let him argue with himself!

Well, low and behold, at 13:30 P.M., another man calls me from Environment Canada. So I start by asking “Why are you calling me? To badmouth me and doubt me and call me a nut like the last child?”. He answers “No sir, no! I have the treaty here in front of me!” So I’m not so insane after all am I? He asks me “What do you think we should about it?” he asks. I told him Environment Canada has to justify it’s existance, giving fines to backyard burners while blindly turning their eyes on this. I informed him that I was no longer waiting on someone to do something, I’m writing articles using THEIR documents and exposing the truth. I could care less what the Canadaian government does, especially since 3 days later a lady calls me from Health Canada to tell me they DENY the existance of chemtrails. I answered “I know, that’s article 7 of the treaty “Nothing herein relates to or shall be construed to affect the question of responsibility or liability for weather modification activities, or to imply the existence of any generally applicable rule of international law”. But hey, at least she DID know who Jeanne Sauvé is!

After this, I went back to researching. I’d heard and read that they had started working on the treaty in 71…years i was born. So I googled it. Found 50a1971.pdf – “PROTOCOL RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ARTICLE 50(a), SIGNED AT NEW YORK ON 12 MARCH 1971. Entry into force: The Protocol entered into force on 16 January 1973. Status: 128 Parties. And when did Canada sign??? Canada 12 May 1971! 9 days before I came. Now I was curious about the original “Convention of International Civil Aviation”. So I went and found it. I found 7300_orig.pdf – “CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION DONE AT CHICAGO ON THE 7TH DAY OP DECEMBER 1944 “. I’ve read it. I found article 3 the KEY article :

Civil and State aircraft
(a) This Convention shall be applicable only to civil aircraft , and shall not be applicable to state aircraft .
(b) Aircraft used in military , customs and police services shall be deemed to be state aircraft .
(c) No state aircraft of a contracting State shall fly over the territory of another State or land thereon without authorization by special agreement or otherwise, and in accordance with the terms thereof.
(d) The contracting States undertake, when issuing regulations for their state aircraft , that they will have due regard for the safety of navigation of civil aircraft .

So ALL state aircraft need not be identified or registered. Try counting or finding or confirming Chemtrail airplanes in the state’s possession. According to this, they have no accounting to give where state aircraft are concerned. Yet notice C – the reason treaties must be agreed upon and signed. We must remember that in the 40′s, I doubt very highly Germany and Japan were ASKED before bombers were flown over them. And I’m sure Hitler and others had demonic laws and regulation like this written to justify what the Germans were up to. When the day came though, all hand shaking agreements were dropped, as well as the bombs. So that’s that for the history of “Leaders sticking to Agreements”. Another fanatsy. But now the bad guys were finished (Germany and Japan) and it was time for the illuminated murders to turn on their own…US! So out come new nobleminded agreements full of fluff and fanfare. But since everything is done to advance the U.N. Globalist Luciferian agenda, I dug further to find which branch would “Co-Ordinate” such an effort (much like pandemics are co-ordinated). I found this… United Nations “World Meteorological Organization”. Can anyone say “BABEL” or LUCIFER???

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001′.

The problem, however, is in interpretations or the fine print let’s say….

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) The term `space’ means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

My little problem with that? Well, when I’m watching them like this afternoon going over 2 by 2 every ten minutes is…I can see them! Their bottoms. They might be 20 km above me IFFFFFF! So once again, it’s a screw job over words. Anything UNDER 60 km, shut up and stop complaining, even with the list of exotic weapons in the bill, there’s NOTHING they’ll do about it anyways. But hey, for those who live where it’s wide and open…go park something HUGE 60 kms from home, then go back and confirm to ALL OF US HERE YOU CAN STILL SEE IT! Finally (for today), I’ll cover 1 more patent which deals with compatrtmentilization and why pilots would defend this without further research themselves. Remember back in the 80′s, a prez puppet Reagan fired many pilots. And you and I were told it was a working contract dispute? Rethink that my freinds. NEVER have I seen things such as this! Why don’t you try and tell me what’s REALLY going on here!”. Probably MANY pilots voiced their concerns, and those intelligent and knowledgable would be a risk of exposure. So they all get canned, and Church of Scientology star child Travolta drops films and starts earning flying hours piloting folks all over. Too bad your son was sacraficed on that wall of Scientology John! Wonder if it was worth it? So now they hire ALL students and begin afresh with the new “CONTRAIL” propoganda to put inquiring minds at ease. Every site I visit that defends this stuff sound like they all went to the same class together. Just water in tanks. Doesn’t mean this, doesn’t do that, blah-blah-blah!!! Just my imagination that most of the morgellons reports comes from chemtrail pilots and their families, eh?? Keep sticking your head up your butt and telling us all how fresh and clean our air smells!

Then the question comes, “Well how could so many know and not do anything!”. Because if they put SOME of these demonic little recipies in the fuel, indeed which pilot would EVER know. He’ll listen to his bosses when they EXPLAIN to him what that stuff is. Just smoke bud, don’t worry! Only someone who is intelligent, discerning, and has dealt with eugenic governments before would be able to see through this. This next patent explains why those kegs are in my first article pic, different amounts in mixtures gives different outcome ( and I imagine pilots and crew will need to know when 1 barrel goes empty, though I figure a computer will just switch the intake from one empty to another full tank) and also explains some of these ingredients are MIXED IN WITH THE FUEL….thus some pilots unaware. A combustible composition for generating aerosols for the control and modification of weather conditions consisting of a readily oxidizable substance selected from the group consisting of aluminum, magnesium, alkali-metals and alkaline earth metals; an oxidizing agent selected from the groups consisting of: (a) sulphur and sulphur yielding compounds; and (b) organic and inorganic nitrates, alkali-metal and ammonium chlorates and perchlorates; The molar ratio of the oxidizable substance to the oxidizing agent being between 1.5:1 and 3.5:1 and a stable hygroscopic solid which does not directly participate in the combustion process of the combustible composition, said hygroscopic solid being present in an amount up to 40% of the total weight of the combustible composition, the oxidizable substance, the oxidizing agent and the hygroscopic substance having a particle size in the range of from -140 to +270 mesh, and a primer initiating the combustion of said composition whereby during combustion, a finely dispersed aerosol smoke consisting of moderately hygroscopic condensation nuclei, and a non-hygroscopic gas are simultaneously evolved, said gas acting to disperse said nuclei. .Iadd.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to combustible compositions, consisting of or comprising: mixtures of one or more easily oxidizable, powdered metals and one or more powdered oxidizing agents, which mixtures are able to generate aerosols to be employed, in particular, to control and/or to modify weather, such as to clear fogs, to modify clouds, to prevent hail.

(f) to apply the devices, containing the composition according to the invention, to carriers for transporting them in the atmosphere zones fixed in advance;

(g) to utilize, when suitable, the combustible compositions also as propellents for the carriers (i.e. jet fuel).

The above mentioned and other objects will be evident to a man skilled in the art from the following description of the present invention.

The oxidizing agents are preferably selected from the following classes:

(c) alkali-metal or ammonium chlorates and perchlorates;

In particular we have found, under microscope analysis, that the combustion products of the compositions comprising aluminum, nitrates, sodium or potassium chlorides, contain aerosolized sodium or potassium chlorides, whose crystal lattices are altered or defective; as already noted, the so altered chlorides show a remarkable electric activity allowing their application in weather control.

.We have also found that combustible compositions containing for example finely divided aluminum metal, a suitable powdered oxidizer, such as sodium or potassium nitrate and a suitable amount of sulfur powder, can yield an aerosol of low hygroscopicity but of strong ice-nucleating action. In fact our tests have established that aluminum sulfide, formed in the reaction acts as a very active ice-forming substance from supercooled water; combustible, sulfur-containing compositions, such as above described, gave excellent results in this sense.

The container may be made of suitable material inert at room temperature, water-proof, and of a size suitable for the particular use, for example, tubular segments made of suitable metals or of glass-fibers impregnated with suitable resins may be used. In particular we have found that by employing thin-walled containers made of aluminum or anticorrosive, high-percentage aluminum, aluminum-alloy, they are burned during the composition combustion so realizing both the advantageous effects of producing other active aerosols and of avoiding the damages caused by eventual relapse of the container if the charge is burned aloft. A suitable container for this purpose is a tube made of anti-corrosive aluminum, 3.5 cm. in diameter, 1 mm. wall thickness and 25 cm. in length, the bottom of which is welded closed. It is to be understood that the foregoing dimensions are given by way of illustration and is not to be taken as a limitation since it will be apparent that other sizes of tubes may be employed.

Similar results can be obtained also employing containers of suitable magnesium alloys; pure magnesium, unless protected with coatings, is not suitable for this purpose, due to its reactivity.

The containers charged with dispersing aluminum compositions and primed as described, may be used immediately as aerosols generators, or may be safely handled, transported and/or stored for long periods of time, without deterioration.

FIGS. 3 and 4 show the slope of the combustion rate plotted against the percentage of the potassium chloride additive contained in mixtures aluminum, potassium nitrate and potassium chloride. The mixtures of FIG. 3 were packed in tubes of 13.7 mm. diameter, while the mixtures of FIG. 4 were not packed and were contained in tubes of 9 mm. diameter. The molar ratio aluminum to potassium nitrate was of 3.5:1 in both cases.

EXAMPLE 1

A paste made of 120 gms. of powdered aluminum metal of about 20 microns in average particle size diameter, and of 100 mgs. of sodium nitrate added with 70 gms. of sodium chloride, which were ground to pass through an ASTM standard sieve of 270 mesh .times. inch.sup.-.sup.1, was amalgamated mechanically in the presence of small amounts of acetone, loaded into a tube of anticorrosive aluminum, 3.5 cm. in diameter, 1 mm. wall thickness and 25 cm. long, the bottom of which was welded closed.

Charges, such as described above, were fitted as nose-cones into small, pyrotechnic rockets of 1000 and 3000 meters vertical range respectively. These were fired into congested cumuli, and the dispersion of the aerosol within the cloud led to a speedy modification of the same, often followed by local precipitation, as monitored by photography from a distance and at regular time-intervals, as well as by monitoring downwind from the site. The above experiments were carried out at a suitable time of the year from a mountain ridge 1500 meters high. This was about the height of the cloud-base at the time.

c) Mixtures, at gramme-molecular weight ratios of Mg:NaNO.sub.3 =8, were added with sulfur powder, and amalgamated with 15% of total weight of dry reagents, of fused paraffin, at about 70.degree. C. Those, when tightly packed and burned (with rates shown in FIG. in containers such as described under (a), yielded a smoke of MgO and alkali, which contained large amounts of magnesium sulfide. The heat evolution was much higher here than in the probes (a) and (b) as revealed by microscopic examination of aerosol captured on greased slides which showed a fair amount of used spherules of magnesium oxide, which, in turn, contained coloured magnesium sulfide. The aerosol prepared in this manner nucleated ice at -9.degree. C. Furthermore, since the magnesium sulfide reacts slowly with atmospheric moisture, this combination could probably be used as a source of hygroscopic nuclei. Combustible compositions based on Mg are quite lighter (per unit volume) but they would generate less heat (per unit volume) than their aluminum counterpart.

It was on or around the 27th of April when I heard Dr Horowitz’s claims on Jones’s show. The last comments about viruses being released worried me. Agreement between Canada and the United States of America relating to the exchange of information on weather modification activities

The Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America,

Aware, because of their geographic proximity, that the effects of weather modification activities carried out by either Party or its nationals may affect the territory of the other;

Noting the diversity of weather modification activities in both Canada and the United States by private parties, by State and Provincial authorities, and by the Federal Governments;

Believing that the existing state of knowledge warrants the expectation of further development over a period of time in the science and technology of weather modification;

Taking into particular consideration the special traditions of prior notification and consultation and the close cooperation that have historically characterized their relations;

Believing that a prompt exchange of pertinent information regarding the nature and extent of weather modification activities of mutual interest may facilitate the development of the technology of weather modification for their mutual benefit;

Recognizing the desirability of the development of international law relating to weather modification activities having transboundary effects;

Have agreed as follows:

Article 1

As used in this agreement:

(a) “Weather modification activities”, means activities performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behaviour, or dynamics of the atmosphere;

b) “Weather modification activities of mutual interest” means weather modification activities carried out in or over the territory of a Party within 200 miles of the international boundary; or such activities wherever conducted, which, in the judgment of a Party, may significantly affect the composition, behaviour, or dynamics of the atmosphere over the territory of the other Party;

(c) “Responsible agencies” means the Atmospheric Environment Service of Canada and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United States, or such other agencies as the Parties may designate;

(d) “Reporting requirements” means the requirements established by the domestic laws or regulations of the Parties for reporting to the responsible agencies information relating to weather modification activities by persons or entities engaged in weather modification.

Article 2

(1) Information relating to weather modification activities of mutual interest acquired by a responsible agency through its reporting requirements or otherwise, shall be transmitted as soon as practicable to the responsible agency of the other Party. Whenever possible, this information shall be transmitted prior to the commencement of such activities. It is anticipated that such information will be transmitted within five working days of its receipt by a responsible agency.

(2) Information to be provided by the responsible agencies shall include copies of relevant reports received through the reporting procedures after the effective date of this Agreement, and such other information and interpretation as the responsible agency might consider appropriate.

(3) Nothing herein shall be construed to require transmission to the other responsible agency of information, the disclosure of which is prohibited by law, or of information which, in the judgment of the responsible agency, is proprietary information.

Article 3

The responsible agencies shall consult with a view to developing compatible reporting formats, and to improving procedures for the exchange of information.

Article 4

In addition to the exchange of information pursuant to Article II of this Agreement, each Party agrees to notify and to fully inform the other concerning any weather modification activities of mutual interest conducted by it prior to the commencement of such activities. Every effort shall be made to provide such notice as far in advance of such activities as may be possible, bearing in mind the provisions of Article V of this Agreement.

Article 5

The Parties agree to consult, at the request of either Party, regarding particular weather modification activities of mutual interest. Such consultations shall be initiated promptly on the request of a Party, and in cases of urgency may be undertaken through telephonic or other rapid means of communication. Consultations shall be carried out in light of the Parties’ laws, regulations, and administrative practices regarding weather modification.

Article 6

The Parties recognize that extreme emergencies, such as forest fires, may require immediate commencement by one of them of weather modification activities of mutual interest notwithstanding the lack of sufficient time for prior notification pursuant to Article IV, or for consultation pursuant to Article V. In such cases, the Party commencing such activities shall notify and fully inform the other Party as soon as practicable, and shall promptly enter into consultations at the request of the other Party.

Article 7

Nothing herein relates to or shall be construed to affect the question of responsibility or liability for weather modification activities, or to imply the existence of any generally applicable rule of international law.

Article 8

Each Party shall conduct an annual review of this Agreement while it remains in force, and shall inform the other of its views regarding the Agreement’s operation and effectiveness and the desirability of its amendment to reflect the evolution of the science and technology of weather modification and of international law. The Parties shall meet periodically, by mutual agreement, or at the request of either, to review the implementation of this Agreement or to consider other issues related to weather modification.

Article 9

This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature. It may be amended by mutual agreement of the Parties and may be terminated by either Party upon six months written notice to the other Party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Representatives of the two Governments have signed this Agreement.

Please read carefully. Canadian Citizen’s are being mass poisoned , medicated , sterilized , cancerised , and eventually irradicated through toxic flouridation expansion! And the Govenment is complicit through lack of regulation and oversight. Regulations have been slackened , information has been obscured , serious life threateneing warnings have been removed from products while amounts distributed have risen and expanded , and no officials or company spokesmen/women I’ve spoken with is well informed to answer  WHY? Then let everyone you know know about it and warn them! For our children if not for ourselves. Get THE PROOF , since they’ve put it all out there. This is why you hear about internet censorship issues. So do it now , before it comes down. NEVER TOO LATE! YOU CAN DO THIS TOO! TOOK ME 10 MINUTES TOPS! Forget everything you’ve been told in recent years and revert to simplification , common sense , and gut instinct as you procede . So…..

I google Maxwell Jordan. Go to his homepage. On the top I click Research button. Gives me 9 choices. I choose “Have You Ever Wondered”. I go to page 20 , straight to the bottom. 3 pics of original toothpaste labels from 2006. DRUG Information ( that’s right folks DRUG…not “ Health Product” as Health Canada would have us NOW beleive ) on Colgate says : Sodium Flouride 0.243% (0.15% w/w flouride ion) with purpose stated as Anticavity. All 3 (Colgate-Crest-Aquafresh) have 0.15 or 0.16% in brackets. Under WARNINGS we have the instructions “Keep out of reach of children 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentily swallowed , get Medical help or contact a POISIN CONTROL CENTER. This for a flouride count of 0.15% w/w or p.p.m.! Now I look at my Colgate toothpaste bought 2 weeks ago locally. This colgate in front of me has 0.76% w/w or p.p.m., 5 TIMES the amount toothpaste used to have. Is there any warning. My “TONED DOWN WARNING” says “To prevent swallowing , provide adult supervision and use only a pea-sized amount for children under six years”. THAT’S IT! No get Medical help , no contact poisin control center! BUT THE AMOUNT OF POISIN SODIUM FLOURIDE HAS GONE UP BY 5 TIMES!!!

So I start by calling Nestle “Pure Life” water at 1-800 no*. I ask why if a toothpaste label that has 0.243%p.p.m. has a warning to contact a poisin control center , why does Nestle put 0.3%p.p.m. sodium flouride and NO WARNING AT ALL??? The lady tells me the flouride occurs naturally at the Nestle spring where they get their water. Oh REALLY!?! I inform her if this is at all possible it is because the spring is contaminated! (When one is collecting or manipulating Sodium Flouride , one is required to wear a FULL BODY SUIT with very expensive air filters due to the HIGH TOXICITY of this industrial byproduct.)Read the whole thing! PLEASE!

So then I call Colgate at their 1-800-268-6757. Ask them why if there was a warning at 0.243 or 0.15, why is there NO WARNING now at a 0.76 p.p.m.? She informs me the USFDA recommends…..I cut her off , “No ma’am , I’m sorry , but if this is the same USFDA that aided “Bayer” pharmaceuticals to ship out HIV/Aids to Europe and South America (Youtube it!) because it was killing their own people at home and they “Bayer” got caught….then no thanks! I cannot trust what the USFDA says anymore than what my cats says. And at this point I trust my cat more!

Then I inform her that flouride is also a Part II Poison under the UK Poisons Act 1972 ranking in toxicity above lead and just below arsenic.

Fluoride is one of the basic ingredients in both PROZAC (FLUoxetene Hydrochloride) and Sarin nerve gas (Isopropyl-Methyl-Phosphoryl FLUoride).

AND that fluoridated drinking water was found in Germany’s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo’s reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission. Also that Major George R. Jordan had testified before The Un-American Activity Committees of Congress in the 1950′s. In his post as U.S.Soviet liaison officer, the Soviets openly admitted to…”Using the fluoride in the water supplies in their gulags (concentration camps), to make the prisoners stupid, docile, and subservient.”

So I asked why Colgate was poisoning and medicating their customers and the general population at large. They want me to send them my tube that says 0.76p.p.m.. They don’t beleive it says that , they say it should be 0.75p.p.m. , like that changes anything! And then I thought….why send back INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE??? I informed the phone attendant that I would inform everone I know about this!

Now it was HEALTH CANADA’s “turn at the mic” as they say. I didn’t bother taking the name because the intent was to confront and inform. That’s how one aproaches compartmentilization! It began with me inquiring why the warning had come off and a NEW CALMING (0.15 to 0.76 ,….YOU DIDN’T NOTICE!) one replace it without the same warning given? ESPECIALLY going up times 5 in toxic amounts? How was this justified? What I got was “On the back , do you see that seal sir , from the Canadian Dental Association?”. So I informed her that it meant nothing to me as I was aware of the government programs in the 50′s to recruit dentists to the new “Flouridation” cause de jour! Then I asked if the 2006 Colgate label in front of me that said 0.15 required a Poison Control Center call , how could a bottle of Nestlé “Pure Life” bottled water contain 0.3 of flouride with NO WARNING and recommendations gallore to consume at least 8 OF THESE a day to keep well hydrated??? Try physically and mentally “slapped up!” . 0.3 times 8=2.4 sodium flouride ions! 2.4 times 7 days=16.8! This is called slow suicide! And this is for an adult. Please consider a seven year old brushing 3 times and drinking 2 bottles a day. Take a simple test right now! Call a poison center and tell them your thinking of consuming 16.8 w/w or p.p.m. next week and see what they say? Or that you plan on giving this to your child!?!

The worst was when I was told Health Canada considers Flouride a “Health Product”! I was quite quick to list off the various classifications Sodium Flouride was under worldwide (I have been trained and certified SIMDUT/HAZMAT many times in various industries and am well aware of flouride’s toxisity. One one the most tiniest elements , it’s absorbed automatically and carrys itself the back section where the spine meets the skull…and it accumulates!) and NOWHERE was it listed near ANYTHING having to do with Health. Quoting from a document found at http://www.oramd.com/toothpastereport.pdf  I informed her of the USFDA’s classification of Sodium Flouride! Try HIGHLY TOXIC , and a DRUG and a CONTAMINANT! The men who enter the smoke stacks of the fertilizer processing plants to scrape the sodium flouride off of the walls wear space like hazmat suits to protect themselves. This is being put in drinking and food prducts now? As a “Health Product”? For our health?

Anyways , I won’t give the whole conversation because it was over an hour and I got no answer. Same with the CBC’s lack of reporting! I expected none! It was more of an “I see you” moment , and that civil servant and CBC receptionist are now aware and questioning THEMSELVES and THEIR CHILDREN’S reality! I could inform on how feeble their explanation were and how contradictory they sounded! She tried the Dentist Recommendation again! I retorted ” Yes , I know already! I’ve READ HISTORY! Stalin ,Hitler and Mao all promoted mass population flouridation before a mass depoplulation too! What does THAT say about my Canadian Government and their “Health Product” classification??” . It must have been uncomfortable! I’ll admit! But it’s been difficult for ME having my kids preform poorly and critisizing them! Or the fact that my wife if drinking 2-3 bottles and brushing 3-4 times a day and poisoning herself daily and she “CAN’T STAND ” to “HEAR ME” warn her!!! “It’s TOO MUCH! TOO MUCH!”. So I find myself arguing with not my wife , but THE FLOURIDE! Now you have an idea of why couples and children and people fight all the time and have more and more trouble getting along. THEY’RE BEING MEDICATED!!!! We aren’t fighting each other! We are being poisoned and medicated! This without INFORMED CONSENT but through manipulation and subversion of information!

World Health Orginization Flouridation Program

SODIUM FLOURIDE is a byproduct of the smelting , pesticide , pharmaceutical . and fertilizer manufacturing and it piled up fast during the WW2 Industrailization.It is VERY EXPENSIVE TO DISPOSE OF!!! SO , Eugenically Agenda Inclined University “Experts” get paid rather well to write bogus reports and have wonderful fantasy fiction reports about how flouride comes from the Gods like manna and will solve all our problems saying the way “THEY WOULD LIKE THINGS TO BE” as in “WE think it would be best” and “OUR finding show” . No proof. All while at the same time shouting down and writing harsh critisizms about ANY decenters to the new ’cause extraordinaire” of the day! Then the companies sell it to toothpaste makers at a cheap price to JUST cover the transport….(it’s given free really) and now those companies don’t have to pay and can endlessly dispose of their waste byproducts. The agenda has priority over humanity, and it only took a few weeks for people to start brushing and the “drugged down , don’t question my reality ” effect kicked in. It WAS smooth sailing for years. But as my tube at a now 5 times 0.15 to a now 0.76 of Colgate is witness to , SOMEONE HAS PLANS FOR US! So off comes the warning about Poison Control Center , in comes a milder warning , and the amount of toxic flouride is pumped up! So yes folks , this means industry , mass media , and our United Nations Regional Governments N.A.U. Northern Branch ( Canadian Government!) all involved and complict!

Took me 5 minutes to find all of this. I GUESS THAT’S HOW WELL THE FLOURIDE WORKS !!! And I’ve noticed the more expensive toothpaste STILL HAS 0.243P.P.M. in it (You have enough brains to make good money! They want that money! So they can’t dumb you down that fast and hard or they won’t succeed in getting it from you!) , but the cheap tubes for poor people at 1$ or .75$ are the ones that have 0.76p.p.m. , because they are already down and the job is to KEEP THEM DUMBED DOWN AND STUPID AND SLEEPY AND NO WILL TO THINK AND FIGHT BACK!!! That’s why the more expensive has less, because eventually they’ll get all your money, and then you’ll have to buy the cheap toothpaste , at which point you are under the same medication as the dumbed down poor and thus join them!

Then you wonder why certain members of society look upon the poor as simple. Not so fair a thought when you know they are being HIGHLY POISONED!!! I have been off of ALL FLOURIDE and ASPARTAME for 4 years now. And I’m questioning my reality. Why does are Government want us calmed down? No one can tell me “NO! That’s crazy! That’s conspiracy!”. Really? Enlarging doses (0.15 to 0.76) and expanding application of doses (toothpaste , water , food) while removing Poison Control Center Call warnings and having official dis-information at Government call centers? AND NOBODY NOTICED??? AND WHEN YOU SHOW THEM THEY SHUT DOWN AND CAN’T THINK? The masses can call it conspiracy….seems the flouride works! I call it WAKING UP! I highly recommend it!
